Once purchased there are no returns or refunds accepted under any circumstances.  Ticket insurance can be purchased at the time of booking to secure against loss of tickets, replacements, travel issues on the day and unexpected circumstances that have prevented attendance. 

Printed tickets will be posted within 7 working days recorded delivery. 

Urgent printed tickets will be sent and received within 48 hours special delivery. 

Email tickets will be sent within 7 working days of purchase. 

Urgent email tickets wil be sent within 48 hours.

Anyone below the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult thoughout.  Children can enter the arenas themselves or with an adult that has a Private, Sergeant or General ticket.  The spectator passs will suffice for adults not wanting to participate and looking to wait outside the arenas.
